Refund & Return Policy – Decorra

At Decorra, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return or refund under the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, if you received the wrong item, or if the product does not match the description. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.

2. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us with your order number, a clear explanation of the issue, and photos or videos if the item is damaged or incorrect. Once we review your request, we will guide you through the return process.

3. Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected, and once the issue has been verified. Refunds will be processed either to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to be completed after approval.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. These include personal care products, opened or used items, and clearance or final sale products.

5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, such as for a different size or color, please contact us and we will assist you based on product availability.

6. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after receiving it.
